Can I Install eSIM and Activate It Later?

If you purchase an eSIM package for a country different from your current location: Yes, you can install the eSIM on your device first, and then activate the data plan later when you arrive at your destination.

Usually, the eSIM would not start counting the usage until you have switched the [Data Roaming] to ON, except for some situations where the eSIM would be automatically activated once you have installed it. 

Therefore, we would recommend clients to install the eSIM in just 1 day prior their departure.
